I strive to respond as quickly as I can.  Still, it can take me a day or two when I am away from access.  Use your favorite means of connecting, but know that I am quickest with texts and email.  I am rarely able to answer the phone directly, so leave a message if that is your mode of contact.  If you are having a critical, life-threatening mental health emergency, go immediately but safely to your closest hospital emergency department or use a crisis hotline for immediate assistance such as the National Suicide Hotline at 800-273-8255.
